29 CFR 1926.760(a)(1): Each employee engaged in a steel erection activity who is on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge more than 15 feet (4.6 m) above a lower level was not protected from fall hazards by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, positioning device systems or fall restraint systems:    (a) Bertera Fiat 657 Riverdale St West Springfield, MA: On or about July 8, 2013, an employee engaged in steel erection activities  fell more than 19 FT to the concrete floor below because he was not protected from falling by his employer, which is not in accordance with this subpart:     Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1).
