City Parkway, on first, second, third, and fourth floor Internal Revenue Service occupied cubicles and offices that included cubicles 506, 507, 512, 514, 518, 231 there was re-locatable power taps daisey chained to a second and sometimes  third relocatable power tap.  b) At 110 N. City Parkway, on first, second, third, and fourth floor Internal Revenue Service occupied cubicles and offices that included cubicles 553, 351, 350, 265, 75, there was re-locatable power taps providing power to high amperage equipment such as but not limited to 1500 watt portable heaters.  c) At 110 N. City Parkway, on Fourth floor Internal Revenue Service occupied cubicle there was an extension cord providing power to a re-locatable power tap.
