29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above a lower level were not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:    a) On or about July 10, 2013 and times prior, employees were exposed to injuries from falls while installing shingles on a roof in excess of six feet above the lower surface.   Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Sample Abatement-Certification Letter").
