Employees were in the process of installing roof decking.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface to which the ladder was used to gain access:   (a) 2778 Sandy Plains Rd, Marietta, GA: The portable ladder used for access/egress to the roof did not extend at least three feet above the upper landing, exposing employees to fall hazards of approximately six feet. Employees were in the process of installing roof decking.    Wormley Brothers Enterprises was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314644121, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/26/12, with respect to a workplace located at 2774 North Cobb Parkway, Kennesaw, GA.
