29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Residential construction.  Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure.   a) On or about July 11, 2013  and at times prior; the employer did not ensure a fall protection method was implemented and/or used while an employee was working at the roof area (installing shingles) which exposed the employee to falls of 10 feet 2 inches from the eave to the ground below.
