Capacity, operation, and maintenance instruction plates, tags, or decals were not changed accordingly.  a)  On or about July 9, 2013 and at times prior thereto, the Nissan NFG103 forklift was modified with a hole in the forks to attach a ball hitch.  The hitch was used to move siding trailers.  Note:  Abatement certification and supporting documentation are required for this item.
