29 CFR 1910.141(b)(1)(iii): Portable drinking water dispensers shall be designed, constructed, and serviced so that sanitary conditions are maintained, shall be capable of being closed, and shall be equipped with a tap. At the work site in the live hang area, the employer had provided employees with a rolling cart containing a drinking water container and a sleeve of disposable cups. The employer had not maintained sanitary conditions of the cart, water dispenser and cups adjacent to the live hang area that were used by employees.
