29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1): Every open-sided floor or platform 4 feet or more above adjacent floor or ground level was not guarded by a standard railing (or the equivalent as specified in paragraph (e)(3) of this section) on all open sides.       (a) MHO Networks, American Tower Site No. CO 88793, Westminster, CO 80021; On and before July 16, 2013, the exposing employer failed to ensure that every open sided platform was guarded by a standard railing. Condition exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 75 feet while servicing cell phone antennas.
