Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to struck by hazards associated with material handling equipment.       a) On or about June 26, 2013, an employee was struck by the front bucket of an LX485 New Holland skid steer loader during tree debris clean-up operations. The operator did not maintain control of the hydraulic bucket functions and titled the bucket forward onto the ground mans foot as he approached the left edge of the bucket to flip a tree log over into the bucket.
