If there is a possibility of slippage of the cap, a block shall be placed in between the cap and the load.  On or about July 16, 2013, at 5250 Cobblegate Drive, Moraine, at a customer's dirt and gravel parking lot, a service technician employee was exposed to a caught-in between hazard from the lack of blocking of the base of two 20 Ton Air/Hydraulic Jacks located under a JCB 4CX Backhoe due to the unstable foundation consisting of dirt, gravel and depressions in the ground on which the rear of the backhoe was raised in order to remove the two rear tires.
