29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  Apartment building I, located at 6919 Bonair Dr. in Temple Terrace FL:  a) On or about 07/17/13, 3 employees engaged in roof decking on a 2 story apartment building were exposed to a 16 feet fall hazard, in that; fall protection was not provided by the employer.  Roof slope is 6:12.
