29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above the lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of 29 CFR 1926.502(k) developed and implemented:       a) 46 William Barnes Road, Flemington, NJ 07105: Employee was performing 2nd level framing operations with a height of approximately 19' to the ground below with no fall protection in place, which resulted in a fall.      Condition occurred on or about July 12, 2013.     Double Hammer Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314460866, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on August 25, 2010, with respect to a workplace located at Corner of Roseld and Ocean Avenue, Dealm NJ 07723.
