29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:   a) 46 William Barnes Road, Flemington, NJ 08822:  Employees were observed utilizing Hitachi pneumatic framing nailers during framing operations without the use of eye or face protection.   Condition observed on/or about July 15, 2013.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above the lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of 29 CFR 1926.502(k) developed and implemented:     a) 46 William Barnes Road, Flemington, NJ 07105: Employees were observed performing 2nd level framing operations with a height of approximately 19' to the ground below with no fall protection in place, exposing them to fall hazards.    Condition observed on or about July 15, 2013.
