29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:   The employer did not ensure that employees working at heights six (6) feet or more above a lower level on a steep roof were protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  This violation occurred on or about July 17, 2013 when employees were installing a 5:12 sloped metal roof at a minimum height of thirteen (13) feet above grade, at the lowest point, without fall protection.
