29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):  Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, personal fall arrest system, or other approved alternative fall protection system:     (a)  Chivas Construction at 8049 Stohl St., Denver, CO 80238:  On 7/11/13, the exposing employer did not ensure that employees were protected from injury, in that employees conducting framing operations on a second story residential home were not utilizing a fall protection system. This condition exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 10 feet.       (b)  Chivas Construction at 8079 Stohl St., Denver, CO 80238:  On 7/11/13, the exposing employer did not ensure that employees were protected from injury, in that employees conducting framing operations on a 10-in-12 pitch roof on a two-story residential home were not utilizing a fall protection system. This condition exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 23 feet.
