29 CFR 1910.178(l)(1)(i): The employer did not ensure that each powered industrial truck operator is competent to operate a powered industrial truck safely, as demonstrated by the successful completion of the training and evaluation specified in this paragraph (l):    The employer did not train and evaluate the employees in the safe operation of forklifts. This violation occurred on July 17, 2013, and at times prior thereto; where employees operating forklifts were not trained and evaluated as required by 29 C.F.R. 1910.178(l).
