29 CFR 1926.753(d)(2)(i): Materials being hoisted were not rigged to prevent unintentional displacement.    a) Wanamaker Plaza, West Tower, 11th floor - On or about 7/02/13, Iron workers on the ground level and 12th floor were exposed to falling object hazards from loads of steel staircases, weighing approximately 2500 lbs., that were not rigged to prevent unintentional displacement.  A load in one instance guided by employees pitched violently, slipped out of the rigging, fell through the 14th level, and broke through the 13th and 12th floors before landing on the 11th floor.
