A Sharp Carousel microwave oven was powered through a relocatable power tap. Listing and labeling instructions require the equipment be powered through a wall outlet. B. A Power Sentry relocatable power tap was used to power a Sharp Carousel microwave oven. Listing and labeling instructions state that relocatable power taps are intended to provide outlet receptacles for computers, audio and video equipment and other low voltage equipment.

Storage Area, behind Bridgeport manual milling machine: The work space in front of a Siemens 3-phase Indoor Load Center was blocked by the storage of a rolling cart of parts.
