29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employee(s) engaged in residential construction 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems or personal fall arrest systems nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of 1926.502(k) developed and implemented : Job site located at 8010 S 155th Ave, Omaha, NE 68107-Employees engaged in roofing work were exposed to a fall hazard of over 11 feet while not using fall protection properly. Employees were wearing full body harnesses, but were not tied off properly to a rope and rope grab system.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who was exposed to fall hazards that enabled each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards. Job site located at 8010 S 155th Ave, Omaha, NE 68107-Employees working on the roof had not received fall protection training from the employer. The employer stated that he does talk with his employees, but the fact that there were employees not tied off properly shows the training was not adequate.
