(a) Location: 1 Mall Road, Burlington MA, 01803 On or about 7/24/2013, employees were not protected from exposure to live electrical light fixtures that were connected to a section of the building being demolished as part of the renovation work, and left hanging in front of a door leading in and out of the work area.
