Neither personal protective equipment nor any other protective measures were used to keep exposures of employee(s) to air contaminants within such limits specified in the "Threshold Limit Values of Airborne Contaminants for 1970" of the American Conference of Governmental Industrial Hygienists. This condition exposed employees to health hazards.
