29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there is a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, shall be protected by protective helmets: (a). Worksite located at 3765 W. Highway 76, Branson, Missouri- Employees were exposed to overhead hazards from elevated employees and materials that were being lowered down from the roof as well as materials that were laid upon the top of the parapet wall just above employees working below who were not wearing hard hats.

29 CFR 1926.1051(a): Stairway(s) or ladder(s) were not provided at all personnel points of access where there was a break in elevation of 19 inches (48 cm) or more, or no ramp, runway, sloped embankment, or personnel hoist was provided: (a). Worksite located at 3765 W. Highway 76, Branson, Missouri- Employees were exposed to a fall hazard in that employees were required to climb over the parapet wall in order to access the extesion ladder. The parapet wall was higher than 19".
