29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest system:  a) 7901 Henry Avenue, Building G, Roof - Employees engaged in roofing activities on a low-slope roof, within three feet from an unprotected side approximately 50 feet above ground level were exposed to fall hazards. The employees were not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. Observed on or about 07/09/2013.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards:  a) 7901 Henry Avenue, Building G, Roof - The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards. The employees were not able to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards while working on low-slope roofs. Observed on or about 07/09/2013.
