On or about 07-30-2013 in the warehouse area, the location where several portable fire extinguishers were mounted did not have any locator identification, exposing employees to a fire hazard.  b. On or about 0-30-2013 in the inserting department, portable fire extinguishers were blocked, exposing employees to a fire hazard.
