29 CFR 1926.95(a): Protective equipment, including personal protective equipment for eyes, face, head, and extremities, protective clothing, respiratory devices, and protective shields and barriers, were not provided, and used, or chemical hazards, encountered in a manner capable of causing injury or impairment in the function of any part of the body through absorption, inhalation or physical contact. Inside of the building's garage, employees cut granite stone to make countertops with a Makita saw, serial number PA6-GF30 without the use of respiratory protection, exposing employees to inhalation hazards.
