29 CFR 1926.1417(a): The employer did not comply with all manufacturer procedures applicable to the operational functions of equipment, including its use with attachments. On or about July 31, 2013, the employer allowed employees to operate a crane with damaged lattice. Damage exceeded the manufacturer's cosmetic guidelines which required the section to be taken out of service immediately until the condition was corrected.
