29 CFR 1926.501(b)(4)(i): Each employee on walking/working surfaces shall be protected from falling through holes (including skylights) more than 6 feet (1.8 m) above lower levels, by personal fall arrest systems, covers, or guardrail systems erected around such holes.   (a) Jobsite - During the period July 11 - 30, 2013 employee was flashing an opening for a skylight on a low slope metal roof and fell 34 feet to the concrete flloor. The employee was not protected by a personal fall arrest system, cover, or guardrail system.   Jolly Roofing & Contracting Company, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(4)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 311819825, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on 02/24/2009, with respect to a workplace located at 2152 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd, Panama City, Florida 32405.
