29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels were not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system:    a) 2011 Concord Pike, Wilmington, DE - Wells Fargo Bank - Employees observed working at the edge of the roof, approximately 10-15 feet above the ground, without fall protection.  The employees were installing sheet metal trim (coping) on the entrance roof.  This exposed employees to injuries from fall hazards.  The violation was observed on or about July 31, 2013.
