29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): In a workplace where respirators were necessary to protect the health of the employee or whenever respirators were required by the employer, the employer did not establish and implement a written respiratory protection program with worksite-specific procedures: This violation was discovered on or about July 30, 2013, at a workplace located at Competition Trailer, Inc., building #4, paint booth; where the employer required at least two (2) employees to wear negative pressure, tight-fitting, air-purifying, half-mask respirators and did not establish and implement a written respiratory protection program. The employees were exposed to a potential reduction of pulmonary function.
