29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13)  Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, or another provision in paragraph (b) of this section providing for an alternative fall protection measure:     a/ At the job site, employees performing carpentry activities upon a low slope, residential roof were not using fall protection.  The slope was approximately 3:12.  The peak to ground height measured approximately 11 feet 1 inch; the eave to ground height in front measured approximately 8 feet 10 inches; and the eave to ground height in the back measured approximately 10 feet 3 inches.
