29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  a/  At the job site, exposed employees performing roofing activities upon a commercial roof were not protected from falling.  One employee was not wearing a harness and the other employees were not tied off.  The slope was measured at approximately approximately 5:12.  The ground to eave height on the front, left side measured approximately 14 ft 7 inches. The ground to eave height on the back side(s) measured approximately 20 feet.
