29 CFR 1926.701(b): All protruding reinforcing steel, onto and/or into which employees could fall or come against, was not guarded to eliminate the hazard of impalement:  a) 1172 East Tremont Avenue, Bronx, New York. In the general area where employees pass to and from the concrete work underway, protruding rebar approximately twenty four to forty eight inches above grade level was not capped off or otherwise guarded. Observed on or about 14 August 2013.
