29 CFR 1926.452(c)(5)(i): Be seated with side-brackets parallel to the frames and end-brackets at 90 degrees to the frames;  In the following instances side-brackets were not seated parallel to the frames:  a) Hobby Lobby - Two side-brackets, on the southeastern fabricated frame scaffold, were not seated with pins.   b) Hobby Lobby - The side-bracket, on the northeastern fabricated frame scaffold, was not parallel.
