29 CFR 1910.305(b) (1) (ii):  Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed:      On or about August 5, 2013, in the front electrical room, the employer did not place filler plates in the breaker box, exposing energized parts. This condition exposed the employees to electrical hazards.

29 CFR 1910.101(b): The in-plant handling, storage, and utilization of all compressed gases in cylinders, portable tanks, rail tankcars, or motor vehicle cargo tank was not in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965, which is incorporated by reference as specified in CFR 1910.6:   On or about August 8, 2013, a compressed gas cylinder of helium was not secured when stored in the receiving area at Lowes. This condition exposed the employees to struck-by hazards.
