29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition.  On August 8, 2013, the employer at the above listed jobsite, allowed full and empty containers and building materials, such as gas cans, wood, and tools, to be positioned in passageways, where employees would have to walk over and/or around obstructions, within the covered bay work area.

29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit routes were not free and/or unobstructed. No materials or equipment may be placed, either permanently or temporarily, within the exit route. The exit access must not go through a room that can be locked, such as a bathroom, to reach an exit or exit discharge, nor may it lead into a dead-end corridor.   On or about August 8, 2013, the employer at the above addressed jobsite, permitted the obstruction of an exit route with materials and equipment where employees perform minor mechanical repair and exterior maintenance on boats.

29 CFR 1910.106(d)(5)(iii): Storage shall be prohibited except that which is required for maintenance and operation of building and operation of equipment. Such storage shall be kept in closed metal containers stored in a storage cabinet or in safety cans or in an inside storage room not having a door that opens into that portion of the building used by the public:  On or about August 8, 2014, the employer at the above addressed jobsite, did not store flammable chemicals, such as but not limited to, paints, epoxies, adhesives, and solvents, inside of an appropriate cabinet while storing inside of a building where employees perform tasks such as, but not limited to, minor mechanical repair and surface maintenance of boats.
