29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who was exposed to fall hazards that enabled each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards.    Job site located at 2502 Casey Circle, Bellevue, NE 68123-Employees working on a roof exposed to a fall hazard of over 10 feet and had not received any fall protection training from the employer that would allow them to identify the fall hazard and the procedures to follow to eliminate or reduce the hazard.

Job site located at 2502 Casey Circle, Bellevue, NE 68123-Employees were allowed to use a portable ladder to access the upper landing surface of a roof they were working on where the side rails did not extend at least 3 feet above the landing surface of the roof.
