29 CFR 1910.134(c): The employer did not develop and implement a written respiratory protection program with required worksite-specific procedures and elements for required respirator use: (Construction Reference 1926.103)   (a) Hawthorne Apartments job site: On or about July 24, 2013 and at times prior thereto, the employer had not implemented a written respiratory protection program will all the elements applicable to the worksite for employees required to wear half-face elastomeric respirators while cutting concrete.  Note: Abatement certification is requried for this item.
