Employees working in areas where there were potential electrical hazards were not provided with electrical protective equipment that was appropriate for the specific parts of the body that needed to be protected and for the work being performed:       On or about May 25, 2013, an employee performing electrical work was exposed to an arc flash from a 208/120 volt switch box, and the employer did not provide arc rated protective clothing such as but not limited to arc-rated long sleeve shirt and pants (or an arc rated coverall), arc-rated face-shield, or arc flash suit hood, arc-rated hard hat liner.
