29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(v): Fork-lifts were used to support scaffold platforms while the entire platform was not attached to the fork and the fork-lift was moved horizontally while the platform was occupied  DJK Construction, LLC had an employee exposed to 14 ft. fall hazards while working from a supported scaffold, which was lifted by a rough terrain forklift.  The employer did not secure the supported scaffold to the mast of the forklift by a chain or some other secure method, on a construction site in Philo, Illinois.
