29 CFR 1926.503(a)(2)(i): Employees were not trained, as necessary, by a competent person qualified to recognize the nature of fall hazards in the work area:  a) Residential jobsite: On August 14, 2013 and at times prior thereto employees did not recognize or acknowledge the potential hazards of performing construction activities, including but not limited to framing activities, at heights greater than 6 feet without a fall protection system in place.  Employees were not familiar with actions or precautions that could be taken to minimize or eliminate the hazards.    Note) Abatement certification IS required for this item.
