29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1):   Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries:  On or about 10/24/2013, at the Cargo Builder Department, a fire extinguisher, Model A 10A was blocked by tires, 15 gallon drums, and a Miller Wire Feeder.
