29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(5)(i): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the identity of the hazardous chemical(s) contained therein:  a)  Northeast corner behind the mechanics building - On or about November 6, 2013, the employer, maintaining and operating hydrocarbon fuel tractors, had not identified the contents of the 'Refuel Tank' connected to the unlabeled fuel pump for dispensing hydrocarbon fuel, containing B2 Biodiesel, a Class IIIB combustible liquid.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
