29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided.       (a) Juan Gabriel Hernandez @ 3334 East 141st Ave., Thornton, CO 80602: On and before August 3rd, 2013, the exposing employer did not ensure that fall protection systems were utilized by employees engaged in framing activities while working at the unprotected edges on a single-family home. An employee was working within the roof trusses not protected from falls in excess of 6 feet. The condition exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 13 feet.
