29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(v): Forklifts were used to support scaffold platforms while the entire platform was not attached to the fork, and the forklift was moved horizontally while the platform was occupied:    a) On 8/6/13, two employees were installing purlins while standing on a pile of plywood supported by a skid steer loader where the plywood was not secured to the forks and the machine was moved with the employees on it.
