29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): The employer did not have a material safety data sheet for each hazardous chemical in use: On or about August 21, 2013, in the lab: Employees fabricating eyeglass lenses using chemicals which include but is not limited to UV NV, BPI molecular catalytic, BP/New Horizon-1S, and Metal alloy were exposed to eye, skin, lung, and nasal irritation when the employer did not have safety data sheets available for employees to inform them how to recognize and minimize chemical hazards on the job.
