29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail system, safety net system, personal fall arrest system, or other approved alternative fall protection system:       (a)Triple A Roofing @ 2042 Bayfront Ct., Windsor, CO 80550: On and before November 14th, 2011, the exposing employer did not ensure employees were protected from injury, in that employees were conducting roofing operations while exposed to a fall hazard. The condition exposed an employee to a 10 foot fall hazard.
