29 CFR 1910.37(b)(4): If the direction of travel to the exit or exit discharge is not immediately apparent, signs must be posted along the exit access indicating the direction of travel to the nearest exit and exit discharge. Additionally, the line-of-sight to an exit sign must clearly be visible at all times.  a.  At the workplace, in the banquet service corridor, the East exit access did not have an exit sign posted indicating the direction of travel toward the exit located up the stairs.  b.  At the workplace, in the banquet service corridor, the South West exit access did not have an exit sign posted indicating the direction of travel toward the exit located in the laundry room.

At the workplace, in the kitchen area, an ice maker machine manufactured by Manitowoc Ice, Inc., model QY1304A, serial number 020366334, had a panel cover missing exposing live electrical parts of the machine, thereby, exposing employees to an electrical hazard.

At the workplace, in the kitchen area, an ice maker machine manufactured by Manitowoc Ice, Inc., model QY1304A, serial number 020366334 had a flexible power cord entering a junction box that was not connected to a device and fitting so that strain relief was provided.
