Holland Sylvania, Toledo, Ohio: On or about August 19, 2013, the employer did not ensure employees wore proper eye protection while operating pneumatic nail guns to secure weatherproofing on the single story structure. The employees were exposed to potential flying object hazards while operating the pneumatic fasteners.
