29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:(a) No written hazard communication program had been developed.  Cleaning chemicals, such as but not limited to Mr. Clean Floor Cleaner and Comet Disinfecting Bathroom Cleaner, were used by workers in various departments, such as the Laundry Department.  Hazards of these substances included, but were not necessariyl limited to, eye irritation.

29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(5): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged, or marked with the identity and appropriate hazard warnings regarding the chemicals contained therein:(a) In the Laundry Dept., gallon containers of Mr Clean Finish Floor Cleaner and Comet Disinfecting Bathroom Cleaner were neither labeled as to the identity of their contents, nor with appropriate hazard warnings.  Exposure to these chemicals could result in effects, such as, but not limited to, eye irritation.
