29 CFR 1926.1101(k)(3)(ii)(B): Before work under this standard was performed employers of employees who performed such work did not inform employees who work and/or will be workig in adjacent areas of the location and quantity of asbestos containing material (ACM) and/or presumed asbestos containing material (PACM) present in the area and the precautions to be taken to insure that airborne asbestos is confined to the area:  a) Kitchen Remodeling, Il Mondo Vecchio, 72 Main Street, Madison, NJ 07940.  Employees remodeling the kitchen with openings to the basement were not informed that ACM was located in the basement.  A sample taken of pipe insulation was found to contain 10% chrysotile asbestos.  Condition noted on or about 8/21/2013.
